30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions, including where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If possible, please include photos or videos showing the issue to help us process your request as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care or beauty products where applicable.

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped to a customer within the European Union and applicable law provides a right of withdrawal, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the applicable return requirements described above, subject to any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
